WUHAN NOVEL CORONAVIRUS

If you have travelled to China recently and have respiratory or flu-like symptoms including shortness of breath, cough or sore throat then do not come to the practice.  You should call 111 immediately for advice and ensure you pass your travel history to the call handler so that you can be treated appropriately.

Test Results

For the results of tests (for example blood or urine test, X-ray or scan) please phone after 10:00. The receptionists will have a message for you from the Doctor. It is advisable to allow one week for the results to be available.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
